Suggestion for the fault tree.

After spending a couple of hours trying to work out why I couldn't
connect to my samba server by following the fault tree, I propose that
'reboot your windows client' is added at the top. ;-)

I certainly learnt a lot following the fault tree and it's a great
resource, but sometimes I just overlook the obvious!
